JAMES RADFORD

James is an accomplished executive with over 25 years’ experience of international sales and brand strategy in over 45 separate markets around the world.

 

James has led multiple business transformation projects, with a specific focus on strategic business development, P&L management, international sales and omnichannel enhancement. 

 

James has worked extensively across Europe with some of the world's leading brands including Pentland, Adidas, FitFlop and most recently The Dune Group, where he established and implemented the International strategy for the business, opening new markets globally.

ROB SILSBURY

With over 20 years’ experience in Marketing and Ecommerce across multiple sectors and brands, Rob possesses a deep and rich knowledge of all things digital.

 

Rob has worked for world class brands in the luxury sector such as Tiffany & Co. as Ecommerce Director for Europe and then four years at Ralph Lauren, where he was responsible for EMEA Ecommerce and took a lead role in the global digital transformation process.

 

Most recently Rob has been with The Dune Group, where he reorganised and unified the Marketing, PR, VM and Ecommerce functions for accelerated global growth and set the strategy for a best in class shopping experience.

Hal is a senior operations executive, specialising in strategic planning, 3PL management, fulfilment, inventory management, SKU optimisation and B2B and B2C customer service management.

 

During his 20-year career, he has worked for brands including Timberland, VF, FitFlop and Aden & Anais. 

 

Hal has great experience in P&L management, cost optimisation, conducting requests for proposals (RFPs), negotiating contracts and IP protection.

Mia, is just starting out in her career, but as a psychology graduate has developed and honed her research skills to support the team.

 

She is the glue of the team when it comes to the important part of pulling all the great work together.

Alison has helped some of the UK's best known premium consumer brands grow and thrive, and has over 25 years experience in brand strategy, multi-channel retail, marketing, licensing and business development, in both B2C and B2B arenas.

 

Alison has particular expertise in growing and professionalising businesses to secure investment, return to profitability or secure a successful sale, having done so with Molton Brown, Toast and Fortnum & Mason amongst others. Her particular experience in founder/family owned businesses and new/change roles will be invaluable for businesses look to thrive in the new world.

 

She was most recently Managing Director of Proportion London, the leading designer and manufacturer of handmade mannequins and bustforms for the luxury designer, retail and museum sectors, giving her an unparalleled insight into the creative strategies of some of the world's leading brands.
